    I would start with CNS I was about 22ish% when I started and I believe I'm down to 15% now. Will find out Friday getting measurements done again

    X2 CBL works best around 15% Bf tops

    Bought a fat caliper.Used six different calculators.They all hit 14.5 % body fat.I will say 15%Staying on CBL, getting stronger and bigger.🙂Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Fuckin nice man. Happy to hear that. If you look up my log I've got a pic of me before I started with DH at 220 with a gut lol. I was around 22% there with calipers. Friday I should have the same numbers you got doing yours. ???What spots did you use to pinch and measure just curious?

    It's not very very detailed I pretty much stick to basics and don't worry about the little shit. Eat big lift big results will come sooner or later
