When I got down to 7 my legs were striated and veiny but I lacked the size to make up look huge.

Hmmm, I'm not sure that's worth doing since I'm not competing. I'm not too interested in getting leaner just for the sake of some photos, I suppose if it's realistic to expect to lean up a bit more and actually maintain it, maybe, but I don't imagine further calorie restrictions would do me any good with a busy schedule.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

MikehrMemberNope I dont think so either i regret pushing myself to 7%, not worth the suffering and loss of muscle. 8-12 percent with a ton of muscle looks wayy better IMO

Definately for females as well I would like to add. My girlfriend is measured at 19 percent currently and that is absolutely perfect for me! Definately below average bf but not scary lean.
