Does anyone chew gum? Or know of any good gum choices. Heck what are some things y'all do to keep yourselves sane during prep phases and ulc days?

I chew half a stick of sugar free gum whenever i feel like it. Kiefer chews a stick in the mornings with nicotine gum..
