Robert GrayParticipantI tried using something like that a while back; but I just can't stand my phone being in my pocket while I'm making the rounds in the gym. I've gone back to using a spiral-bound notebook and pen.

+1 still using the little notebook here too, I don't like taking my phone around with meI always get a workout watch that has an interval timer for that timing if I need it.

bobbitt81MemberI like Gym Hero too. I'm likely to forget a notebook, I'm not likely to forget my phone.I feel like sort of a tool looking at my phone constantly throughout my workout, but it works for me, so I'm good with it.

Yep... my brain. ;DI build my own workouts based on my current (and ever-evolving) physique needs. Then, I log my workouts with a pen and paper, in a log book (a composition book).Cory

FairyGuestAre there any apps that actually calculate/predict your next lift? Are there any that calculate from 1RM for you?
