Had a beetroot and raddish smoothie (no sugar)

    Peeps I made a smoothie with 1 whole beetroot 3 radish and a little kale and spinach.
    I had taken it after work out. I am doing Carb nite and had one on Friday gone so will this mess me up? Do I have to do the 10 recalibration???

    You really need to do some tracking in an app such as My Fitness Pal to get a sense of net carbs in foods. You get 30 net carbs a day. This is no where near that.

    Learn about your food. Folks might answer your questions a bit more if you show some knowledge. Or at least effort to learn basics on your own.
