    Salutations ! …. Just got here to DH forums  , ive recently read the book  CBL ,  finished it in 2 nights , it was a great read . I enjoy resistance training , mountain biking alot , my main source of transportation ,  i have a F3 lefty Cannondale that i tour around in snow , rain or shine very frequently . weather does not stop me . it might slow me down  😉 I'm  5'10 , 213 lbs atm , & from doing a "ghetto" home BF test , ive came up with a 20.3 % BF atm ,  my goal is to melt more of this redundant protoplasm of my body , id like to be more lean & fit thou , and get stronger as well is added bonus  .    i train pretty faithfully ,  im looking to get more lean thou , i struggle with diet at times , & im slowing getting the awarenees of how buried/undealt emotions can drive the bus ,( trying to learn how to deal with them ) so i can be happier with ''me'' , i then  self sabotage , i crater , i fall down on my face , have my moment ,then get back up and clear the dust of me , and try not to be to hard on myself , and trudge onward again !  😀  why i came here , is to read , get more info / knowledge , and to learn the "language" , of the human body , what really goes  on inside  , it definitely is a science ...Dam , insulin , glycogen , keto , the list goes on ,  trying to understand what is going on , when i do "this " , this is what happens inside  , or when i eat this , this is what is going on inside . From reading CBL , timing is important too .   I did read the thread on newcomers & posting  ( try to find the answer , instead of posting a cancer of questions  ) If anyone does chime in on this thread , towards my goals or any other feedback would be great , also is CBL good for starting at  20%  BF to lean down or CN would more effective  ? I have researched both methods/diets , somewhat.I do own CBL atm  , but i second guess myself , which method to use , maybe i shouldve  purchased CN instead .  aghh , that little voice inside eh  ??? anyways , cheers  for know & keep fighting the good fight !

    Youll do well with CBL Kromolly. It almost programs in a way to eat emotionally without destroying your results entirely! LOL. But yeah obviously sorting that stuff out would help too! (: welcome aboard
