Thanks for the help Big Tex. Back home now so aiming to get things back to normal for the rest of the week. Due to circumstances earlier today I ate most of my target protein and fat calories in one sitting, Not going to make a habit of this, but would such a big meal in one go be counter-productive?
Been there. The other night i had only eating a small amount of my daily intake so for dinner I had an entire recipe of Alex's low carb cheesey biscuts that i made chicken sandwiches with.. Was about 1300 cals with 100g of fat. I was a bit gassy the next day but looked great
