I've noticed on Shoulder days for CBL-HD, the exercises focuses more on front and medial deltoids whereas Back days, the focus is the lats, lower back and rear deltoids.
Theres actually like 7 deltoid heads. You cant really isolate any particular part, just put more emphasis on certain areas. Anything thats going to work most of the “side” delt should be getting some work for the “rear” delt as well. This exercise is a good one if your shoulders can handle it. I prefer it with dumbbells.
