MikehrMemberYeah i defs wanna try Mast, but it seems to be only reccomended for cutting and I dont use mch gear for cutting just enought to stop muscle wasting, have you tried em? and Big r if you dont think you can get the water in your right, moving the big weights with the dry joints would be a seriously no no.

Mast gives a nice, grainy look, it's actually also a quite powerful anti-estrogen. The reduction in estrogen will help with the fat loss.

Yes, don't drink for a while and you will become awfully thirsty.

CREATINE+CAFFEINE haha thats my secret get up down 2 liters drink the creatine and caffeine, I always drink 2 liters during workout, half a liter before and half a liter after. Thats already a gallon and the rest of the day fill its self in. Also salty foods will make you thirsty too.

Fair enough it seems like a lot but i have actually done two runs in a year both supervised but I am definately young, most of my knowledge is from curiosity research and working at a supplement store i see of what a lot of other guys use. But I am probably done for a while its actually not that great, kind of a unneccessary pain in the ass, more of ego decision than anything.Definately understand your concern

When youre over 35-40 at least 220lbs and super lean then maybe you can mess around with some anabolics! (: Hopefully by then theyve cracked the myostatin thing anyway!

That's BS, if you're over 220lbs and lean you don't need AAS anymore.99% of the people will never reach 220lbs ripped without steroids.

Workin' on it, just a couple more kg's to go.I don't really count though as 100kg is "small" for me, being 6"2. Now if I wanted to be <10% @ 105-110kg (which is the end goal, years from now) then I'd certainly have some trouble getting there without some extra vitamin T.I think it just depends on how big someone wants to be. Lean at 100kg but wanna be bigger? Probably going to need some chemical help, if you used it to get there. I do think people sell themselves a bit short though as hitting 3 bills isn't that big a deal, unless you're 5"5/6.I do find gene mutagenics interesting though. Gimme some of that Belgian Blue beef, it's gotta help.

Regardless of whether the semantics of natural vs assisted bodybuilding hold true, at 19, with F-all years of proper training and diet, NO ONE should be using anabolics. You need to learn what your body is capable of without it, otherwise youll be another one of those tools that has to stay on year round because they dont know how to train or eat to maintain any decent amount of muscle.

I kind of agree with you here. I regret touching the stuff as early as i did even though i had about 3-4 years under my belt and already decent frame.

Depends on what you want. If you want to be an IFBB pro, you better start early.
