Yeah sorry, I just don't buy into all this "max out naturally first before you juice". Once you juice, it doesn't matter anymore anyways. The only things I would say is you should know your training and nutrition first before you go on gear, and should have 2-3 years of experience in the gym at least.

On very high doses, to add that too. 12 weeks cycles are a waste anyways, look over to Europe, those guys are smarter, they cycle 16-20 weeks on lower dosages (typical beginners cycle is 250mg test e7d-e5d for 16 weeks.).Makes way more sense than blast away high dosages for shorter times, that is just not the way muscle building works.

Honestly, if you are not planning on taking at least 6 months off, PCT is bullshit. As you say, for the normal lifter just go on 250mg e7d and you can cruise on that forever, for pros the amount will be a bit higher (rumors only. ::) )

MikehrMemberYeah I agree with everything our saying!! Soo many of the guys at my gym and work do 10 week cycles with 4 week breaks/pct and then repeat, they are basically on all year! And they go around saying they recover so fast and feel great well no fucking shit your on over a gram of exogenous test for like 10 months of the year lolYeah i saw a thread on anabolic minds which mentioned that most 250lb plus pros are on like 4-5g of various gear a week

Big_RParticipantI got really stong and bigger on 8 weeks of moderately dosed shit and ive been off 4 months havent list any size or strength…. ive gotten stronger actually. I am wondering if that is the way to go… do more frequent cycles for shorter duration. Thoughts?

MikehrMemberYeah if your wanting to the cycle and pct /recover and repaeat. It depends a lot on the esters though like prop and tren a you can run for like 4 weeks-6 weeks and see great results and any longer it will plateau. Where as stuff like eq, test e, tren e and deca need to be run like upwards of 8 weeks but not longer than 10 for the tren cause it fucks your hpta, as mine was ending I was the biggest fucking asshol to everyone and i needed 400 mg caffeine just to concentrate on shit. So id say 5-8week cycles of the short ester stuff is the way to go cause as you can see your recovery is much better. Btw I have recovered very well from my long eaters but the pct needs to be fucking extensive like my pct cost more than my cycle...clomid, nolva, legit HCG, anti catabolic ancillaries and AI's. which is the other reason I am gonna give juice a break its too damn expensive and taxing on your life . When 23-25 rolls around I will make a decision of my bb goals and go from there. But in my opinion if you really wanna make gains with gear and starting pushing for a pro card you need to basically stay on at least trt dose all year once you get to the 25-30 age, at that point its really hard from your body to recover from cycles and there comes a point where your muscle mass is so large you need the exogenous test just to maintain it!Thats my story for the day lol I am crazy bored at work btw

Yeah if you want to be an IFBB pro then youll probably have to go that way, but then people should have probably been telling you to become a bodybuilder from about 15 onwards if you had the genetics for it to start with. Genetics are still the biggest thing here. I hear a lot of guys actually Diet up for shows now because they run smaller doses through the year and ramp up the doses as calories come down in order to lose fat and gain muscle for shows.

Hhaahah, I hope you don't believe that. Arnold was popping dbols by the handful, back then they did not know what it did, they did not know the side effects nothing, they just saw when I take more, I get more muscles. For them it was legal and like protein today, hey if one scoop of whey is good, 2 scoops must be better.

Its in his book man he himself said they would stay very lean and consistent in the off season with little to no anabolics and then 16-20 weeks before a show they would go balls to the wall, I am speciaifically reffering to sergio oliva and arnold thats the only people he mentioned is his book .

I usually just follow the references from articles on elite fitness, anabolic minds, steroid.com and after a while you start to know which guys are really knowledge able and which guys are morons. Elite fintess has a platinum membership thats worth investing in and they have some very reputable authors
