Okay, so my LBM is about 100 lbs. A male body builder's going to have about 200 lbs. Makes sense to halve my PWO shakes, no?

I do that as he cut the amount of the shake in half for men who are cutting from the amount that he advised for bulking.  It made sense to me to cut it further for women..  Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2

I normally have a whole scoop PWO, never thought of halving it and eating a little bit more whole foods at dinner time. I will give it a shot

It's great that it's working for you 🙂I just hate to do a workout without getting some isolate/hydrolyse/bcaas/creatine in because I feel like I've wasted half of my workout if I don't. I know that I gain strength crazy fast and I credit the shakes for that!
