Haven’t Received Download Link after purchasing Book

    Hi there,Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I have not received a download link to purchase the book. Its been about 24 hours and I've already sent an email to support@carbbackloading.com with no response. Any ideas on who else I could potentially contact or what I need to do?Thanks very much in advance!C

    Welcome. Its in your Junk mail folder. It probably was there 30 seconds after your purchased. Don't forget to sign up for the members only forum!

    My download and membership to the CBL forums went smoothly and seamlessly.  Mine came straight to my regular folder.  I wonder if there was an error with your email address.

    Exactly the same here, still waiting for a response to my email.Did you pay with Paypal?Edit: I'm now a CBL Member, still can't download the ebook though. :/

    Guys, I have the same problem. I didn't receive any email after purchase, and I obviously checked my junk folder a million times as well. How do I get it?!

    No download yet :/ I received an email from someone named Mary who said the download would be forwarded again but have not received it as of yet. Not sure if this thread is being read, but hopefully we can get it resolved soon as I purchased the ebook over a week ago.

    I haven't since a support ticket for me opened and yes, the support needs a while to respond.Edit: I just received an email 30 minutes ago. Should be able to download the ebook now, thanks Kiefer.

    Hey all,Our apologies for the delay in responses. We have a massive amount of emails to sift through and more and more come in everyday. I've been spending a few hours the past few days going through messages that were neglected for months by someone who's no longer with DH (and this is one of the reason's why).     Went thought the purchase process over a week ago. I opened a “support ticket”when nothing showed up in my in box. I can see that others are having trouble, but that was August and now it's November. I've been following DH and getting good results despite not having the book. A response from someone who has some pull would be great.
