I figured it would be a good idea to have a topic discussing what others have found to be best in terms of flavor, amount needed, and best place to get some. Both here in the States, and across the Seas. What flavors are good for HBCDs?What flavor combinations are great with Hydro Whey and HBCDs?What is the reasonable amount needed for both Whey and HBCDs?Any additions to making the Intra Shake?Where is the best site to purchase them?When is the best time to start sipping on the mix?

1.  Since HBCD is a carb, it tastes good with any flavor.  However, I'd say fruity flavors are probably the best.2.  Same as above.  Though it probably depends on the ratio of hydro whey to HBCD.3.  I think 25 g of carbs from HBCD and 20 g of hydro whey is a good combination.4.  I like to add leucine and beta alanine to mine5.  I buy all my supps from true nutrition, except the HBCDs which I buy from Amazon in the form of glycofuse.6.  I actually don't like sipping.  45 minutes into my workout I drink the entire thing.  I would say 1/3 the way through your workout.  If your workouts are under an hour, I wouldn't have an intra workout shake.
