Trevor G FullbrightModeratorThey are greatly misinformed, just ignore them and let them talk. The lipid hypothesis is great flawed and had been debunked for years now.

+1.If you really want some ammo, check out http://www.robbwolf.com and search for saturated fat. Check out the Weston A. Price Foundation website. Check out http://www.fathead-movie.com.

fat-head is a GREAT documentary explains most of what's in the books I suggested and much easier to follow than the books:) books just go into a lot more depth

PhattyMemberCNS is damn lethal. I've have several heart attacks a week ever since starting this diet. I can't stop it either, I'm now addicted to my once a week carb binge.Jokes aside, the books and documentaries mentioned already are great. Although in my opinion, it's best to just ignore these people and not try to counter their arguments. It's usually more hassle than it's worth.

if your refined carbs and sugars are kept low i'd say you are safer than the average person:)

When I'm ULC I normally have 150g+ of fat and I'd say atleast 70% of it is saturated fat.
