In Kiefer's Heavy Duty Split on Back days he says to do Pull-downs for 2 sets standard and then Wide-Grip Pull-downs for 1 set Negative. Obviously, wide-grip pull-downs is self-explanatory, but I was wondering if anyone knew, precisely, what variation of pull-downs the first 2 standards sets Kiefer is referring to? (Shoulder-width, palms-ups, etc.) Thanks!-Mason25
