For clarification, are there any warm-up sets done on the Heavy Duty-Hybrid program? Thanks

I would think you could do 5 minutes on the bike or treadmills. That or do 1-2 warm up sets before you start using a certain exercise.

I was just looking into the heavy duty method and when I went to the page on the website the pdf doesn't load.  Could anyone provide me with the heavy duty pdf?

Warm up as you need it IMO.  a 40 year old training first thing in the morning needs considerably more warm up/mobility work than an 18 year old training at 5pm.  I don't know what the “program” says to be honest, but facts is facts!
