    Hello, I'm Vincent. I've already done my 1st 6 month cycle of CNS so I'm new to the website because I never knew it existed while I was new to the diet but now I'm 1 month into my next 6 month cycle and glad I found this website since the book is a bit outdated and I'm learning new things about the diet that I didn't know on my 1st cycle.

    I started out at 295 lbs and my weight when I was done with the 1st cycle was at 250 but after taking a month off I had gained back the water weight and stored carbs and when I started with my 2nd cycle my weight was at 270. When I started the 1st cycle I would mainly drink water and a powerade zero every now and then and on my carbnites I would drink Jones soda because it was pure cane sugar and not HFCS. This time around before I found the website my first month into the 2nd cycle I lost 13lbs which I'm guessing right now its just me losing my water weight and stored carbs but I only lost about .05% body fat. I think the reason for that is because I would drink water but not as religiously as I did before but I also would drink a few cans of Coke Zero and Zero Sugar Zero carb Rockstars in the blue can a day. Now I know that I should really limit my intake on these after reading the updates about aspartame and ace k. My ideal goal weight in all this is to get to 200lbs then when I reach that through CNS I hope to buy the CBL book and start on that.

    Thanks for sharing Vincent. You're very inspirational. Well done for losing a solid 25 lbs +! Hopefully the tweaks you learn here will help you even more

    Oh I also forgot to include how much BF% I lost during my 1st CNS cycle. It was 14%. The other mistake I had made on the first cycle was not having a steady workout schedule. I usually just did interval training on the treadmill within 3 days after my carb nite but other than that I would either have a sloppy workout schedule or no workouts at all

    Hey Vincent, good work. Sounds like you have the hang of CN, and I don't see any reason you won't get to 200 with the hard work and dedication you clearly have. And the great thing about the forum is finding the tweaks you can make, like limiting Ace K, (it gets everywhere!) Make sure you keep us updated.
