Hello everyone!I was a previous fatty and found Keifer and DH on my shift down to the smaller me (-116lbs). I bought the CarbNite book a while ago but I have just bought CBL so thought it was about time to say hi even though I have been reading all the posts for a few weeks to make sure i was doing stuff right. Lets see how this CBL works then 🙂
