Just sayin' hello. I just bought the book and can't wait to read it. I have been listening to every podcast I can find with Kiefer in it, but needed the feel breakdown behind this protocol that sounds too good to be true. I have been very skeptical for months but there are too many testimonials to ignore it anymore!
