Hi all, JLo here, I’ve been following Kiefer for several months and started CBL about 3 weeks ago. Im 48, been training for 28 years, most of which has been powerlifting/bodybuilding. For the last 3 years I’ve been on a hybrid crossfit program 2/3 days of Xfit and 3 days of weightlifting. My diet has evolved from strict paleo to low-carb high fat & protein (backloads have been primarily white rice, potatoes and occasionally ice cream). My goals (in order of priority) are size, strength, performance.
Anyway, I look forward to sharing information and experiences with you all and hope to obtain some expert insight on how to dial in CBL.
