    Been a Kiefer content subscriber ever since his article in which ever magazine it was. Just Bought CBL because About a week ago I decided to start playing around with the CBL idea. Was pretty much doing the no carbs early in the day however; My preworkout meal contained the majority of carbs for the day and I would taper off after my post workout (dextrose/whey) shake. So basically for a week now Ive switched all my carbs until after lifting sessions 5-8pm range as opposed to before. Im going to try this as scientifically as possible! I was pretty much just maintaining my current levels 6″ 1' 190 12-15% BF. And have been eating the same calories/macros/meal times for about 16 weeks or so with no changes! So im very interested to see what the effects of CBL will do for me. Luckily through my own research I was abstaining from carbs until about 3 or so anyway and then pounding 100 grams or so of low-gi carbs 2hrs preworkout for "energy"! One thing is for certain my workouts have gotten soooo much more intense and better feeling just by cutting the carbs preworkout; point Kiefer!  My ultimate goal here is if I see any sort of abdominal change; I have very stubborn abdominal fat, so im going to be focusing on those changes the most because thats where my most concentrated BF is. In the next few weeks or so 'while getting cozy with my New E-book purchase'. If i see some noticeable changes I will do it right and do the prep-phase as I have no clue where my numbers would be but I know I tend to me very carb sensitive and pack on pounds when 'free eating'. But i just wanted to say hi and cant wait to get well versed on CBL so I can finally stop google searching random ass forums for Kiefer TidBits!
