My name is Jonathan. I am 5'3″ and was weighing at 130lbs, but then started carb backloading and currently 114lbs. However; scale says I am 10% bodyfat. But I usually don't trust the scale much. I started carb backloading on March 10, 2014 and so far been losing weight pretty rapidly. So far I really like carb backloading and it's really fun and interesting. My goal is try to lose as much bodyfat till my abs pop out. I mean I can see them just I have to keep flexing it for it to come out, but if it were relaxed you can't even see it. As for workout wise I've been following PHAT some days I will have power lifting workouts and other days hypertrophy workouts. As for cardio I've been doing HIIT, but it's getting harder to do and I feel sluggish due to low carbs. Current macros 130g Protein/ Below 30g Carbs/ 65g Fats. Well before that it was 112g Fats, because I was trying to keep everything 20% below maintenance.
