Hello,I’m Jesse; I’m 24 years of age. I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I started my journey May of last year, I wanted to cut weight and not have that skinny/fat look. When I started I was 350ish pounds, I started with cardio, which allowed me to drop 50lbs fairly quick. The end of August I started weight lifting for the first time ever, I was doing a 5×5/5×3 program 3x a week, with no concept on what to do, starting with an empty bar adding 5lbs each week. Mondays I would Squat – bench – Bent over Row, Wednesday I would Squat – Overhead Press – Deadlift and Friday I would start over with Squat – Bench – Row. That was and currently is my workout routine. My PR’s on “The Big 3″ are; Squat: 405lbs – Bench: 225lbs – Deadlift: 405lbs and my Body weight is 270lbs.I am still cutting weight/fat using The CarbNite Solution; I am looking to get down to 250-245lbs by August 2014. I’m stuck at 270. I will admit, it has been tough. The first 5 carbnites didn't really help me, because I under ate and had to many protein shakes on ULC days. Since the advice I've received from Big Tex, I think can reach my goal and not feel like I am gaining fat. ;DI managed to drop 10lbs within the first 11 days. Since then I gained 4lb. I have 21% BF and my Fat Mass is about 51lbs 😮 :o, I do HIIT Monday, Tuesday as well as lift heavy. Thursday and Friday I do accessory movements.For the most part, everything is going good. hopefully I can kick this fat burning furnace into Overdrive and meet my goal. Anywhoo, that’s me in a nutshell (XXL-Nutshell). P.S. I failed English class... don't judge me 8)
