Hi everyone.I read CNS in anticipation of a 90-day body comp challenge at my local gym.The book was a little vague on the actual carb nite and these forums helped tremendously.I'm 2 weeks into CNS, tracking everything with My Fitness Pal and I've lost 21 lbs so far.Before you say that I'm probably loosing muscle with that rapid of a pace, let me say that...1.I loaded up on salt and water and was super bloated before my official weigh-in, and 2. I'meating around 2500 calories a day (I'm 6'3", 271 lbs starting, 27% BF) so I'm not starving myself.I plan on winning this challenge with the help and wisdom of everyone here!
