Hi there!I'm a bodybuilder currently living in Tokyo. I stumbled across DH and Kiefer during my last contest prep in search of a no carb diet and already realized how much I had f*cked up, but I made the next mistake to "stick to the plan" and see afterwards. After the contest I blew up and put on about 35lbs in 2-3 weeks.... needless to say, a lot of water and fat there as well, although  the fat is still under control. I had nearly forgotten about CBL and was in desperate search for a way to stop the fat gaining and carb binges that I put myself through after the contest until a friend asked me if I had heard of CBL. I started CBL about 2 weeks ago but am still struggling with a lot of things that go against my nutritional behavior that I have had for the last 10 years or so, the high fat, "low" protein, the junk carbs on the backloads.I look fuller in the morning, and still tight, but I think I can still get fuller, will have to play a bit with the carbs to see how much is good for me.  I lost around 10lbs in the last two weeks, some fat there as well, a lot of water, I don't look as bloated as right after the contest, much better now. My  current goal is to bulk up for next season, but funnily enough I struggle to get in the calories I think, am not really sure about how much fat I can get in during the day and how many carbs/fat/protein in the night. I currently train 5 to 6 days a week, in the morning because of work. So I backload on the evening before training. I have spend a lot of time in the last years studying nutrition, training and supplementation so I hope I can provide some information as well to this forum!
