Just continue with Carb Nite, it makes a lot of sense that you guys are up a few lbs after eating a bunch of carbs and storing glycogen and water in your muscles. You should keep in mind that’s all that weight is, stored glycogen and water weight. You did not gain 2lbs of fat from your carb nite, it simply didn’t happen. You should see these 2lbs disappear before your next CN. I would suggest only weighing yourself the morning before you start eating carbs, and if you guys are doing CN once a week, then you only weigh once a week. Do not weigh yourself the day or two after CN unless you can handle seeing the scale jump up a bit. It’s OKAY, it happens.
Just keep your weighing to the morning before and use that to track your progress.
