Brian M EckstromParticipantI can't tell from the list, but what are your macros? if you've been fine until 125, maybe you've been eating fine for 125; however, it might be time to start eating for 120 or 115. I'm sure someone else will jump in and give you some better advice.

I would nix that afternoon snack and eat lunch, or move lunch closer to that time. Also get rid of the HIIT exception of 1-2 days post CN, that's it. Lower training to 3-4 days. Also I would suggest tracking macros.

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorHave you ever thought maybe you need a break from dieting? Actually focusing on fat loss is something you should only do for a few months at a time, then you want to take a break and bring your calories back up for a period of time to maximize metabolic capacity.

+1I've been seeing a lot of these threads lately. Building a physique is a journey. It's not really a problem that needs to be solved that takes X amount of time.Keep watching what you eat, take a break from fat loss, and keep trucking a long. Over time you will lean out. If there are other things in your life that are having negative effects on your health, like lack of sleep, stress, and hormonal issues, work on getting those fixed.

I can't answer that. You will have to try it and see what works. Try backloading two or three times per week and see what happens from there. As far as your stress goes you need to control it. Here's what I would do:- Get a good nights sleep every night.- Find ways to reduce your morning routine/commute. Move if you have to.- If you aren't socializing enough, socialize more. If you are socializing too much, socialize less.- Don't study for 10 hours to get an A if studying for 4 hours will get you a B.- Skip classes if you can. If all the instructor does is read from powerpoint slides and those lectures are on the internet, what is the point of attending class?- Stop worrying about household chores so much. Who cares if dishes are in the sink when you go to bed?- Unless you have to work a job, quit.- Take care of yourself before taking care of others. Better yet, never take care of others unless they are giving you something in return. Some of these are extreme, but I utilized all of them at different points in my life. A lot of them from when I was in college.
