Ok, I just bought CBL and started reading it. I am confused slightly on the preparation phase and the back loading. Am I understanding this correctly?10 days - minimal carbs (30 grams or so/day)10th day after training, carb upHow about for maintaining? I work out 6 days/week, 1 body part/day except for arms. Big Tex, Thanks for the response. I will just have to adjust my back loading to see where i stand after the prep. I'll look at the chart. Next Thursday is the 10th day. Will keep you posted.Tony
