Help!!!!

    Ok, I just bought CBL and started reading it.  I am confused slightly on the preparation phase and the back loading.  Am I understanding this correctly?10 days - minimal carbs (30 grams or so/day)10th day after training, carb upHow about for maintaining?  I work out 6 days/week, 1 body part/day except for arms.  I am looking for leaning and not bulk.  Please help!!!!ThanksTony

    Or I guess the true question would be, when should I be back loading after the prep phase?Mon-Chest/CardioTues-BackWednesday-Bi/tri/CardioThursday-LegsFriday-shoulders/CardioBeings that I am military, I have to keep up my cardio.  Additionally, I work out at 2 p.m. Mon-Fri.Should I just Back Load 1 time/wk? Or 2 times/wk.  So confused!!!

    You read correctly. Backload PWO after those main lifts not arms.

    Big Tex, Thanks for the response.  I will just have to adjust my back loading to see where i stand after the prep.  I'll look at the chart.  Next Thursday is the 10th day.  Will keep you posted.Tony
