    Hi Guys,Could you help me out please. I have put together my first diet plan for my first 9.5 days on Carb Nite and as I'm totally new to this could you please check over and give me some feedback. Also I have chosen mostly Paleo foods however I have added some cheeses for variety. I have chosen low lactose cheeses=======6:30am - BP Coffee 20g Fat10am - 3 x Boiled or Scrambled Eggs + 3 x Rashes Of Bacon (Fried in Coconut Oil) + 4 x Asparagus Spears33g Protein, 25g Fat, 2g Carbs1pm - 1x 130g Salmon Portion, 1 x Rash of Bacon, 65g Guacamole, 1 x Cup of Broccoli 31g Protein, 30g Fat, 2g Carbs4/5pm - 1 x Cup of Chicken Meat or 2 x Small Chicken Thighs, 1/2 Cup of Sauerkraut, 20g Brie40g Protein, 23g Fat, 1g Carbs6pm - Gym Session + Post Workout Protein Hydrolosate Shake 33g7:30pm / 8:00pm - 1 x Red Bell Pepper Halved, 150g Lean Spiced Minced Lamb, 28g Mozzarella, Spinach.32g Protein, 37g Fat, 6g Carbs+ Fiber & Vitamin Supplement

    Male? Female?Weight?Height?Body Fat?By just looking at this...increase fats, the fats need to be dominant compared the protein in the meals.

    You want to have more fats in the meal, so a rough 1:1 can help and be ideal yes. So the meals that have more protein that fat, I'd increase the fat to match the protein or make it higher.

    Okay great thanks Big Tex, I'll do that. I take it it won't matter to much if my overall calories go up because of the fat increase?

    Exactly shouldn't matter, tracking calories is a moot point, stick to getting good macros in and go from there.
