Would anyone be willing to help me figure out my CORRECT macros for CNS. I need help with this before I throw in the towel.

How long have you been doing the 1:1 ratio?

about 8 weeks… I was 'eye balling' the amounts though. Not weighing everything perfectly. I wasn't far off from 1:1 but now I am weighing everything and calculating everything at .75:1.
