mwachtelParticipantYou can, but you will have to tailor your training the further from your CN. What does your training look like. 6 days a week, sounds overkill to me, regardless of diet.

male/female, bodyfat percentage ? your ability to recover won't be as great so it's really easy to over do it. also i believe there is some experimental cns protocol on the main page

Even with the experimental protocol which calls for 30g of carbs after early morning training, Kiefer warns that over doing it can have negative effects on your muscle. Also you want to do 2 or 3 carbNites a week? I dont think that be a good idea. Maybe you should just try CBL SA which would be like 2 or 3 CN's a week, but the volume of carbs, fats, etc, would be smaller.

Yea that would be tough, and possible detrimental as you get further from your CN. Where are BF% wise, and what are you short term goals?

If you do a CN 2-3 times a week, you're no longer doing CNS you're doing CBL, and asking for fat gain if you backload for 6-8 hours 3x a week. Just saying. If you were to do this, I recommend CBL SA with the amount of training you're doing. Or cut down the amount you're doing to 3-4 times a week.

Exactly, CNS then. Do a CN every 7th day, not 2-3x a week.By the way, use a log or the same thread you already made to get a question out there to be answered no need to make a shit ton of other threads.

1. So you mean after you look like a S.H.I.T? Well at that point, I would just make CBL/ periodic CNS my lifestyle.2. I think you can lose BF doing CBL, but CNS would be faster.

1. I don't know move on to your next goal? If you mean to maintain, you will have to figure this out yourself. most likely you will just want to eat more when you are ULC and be able to have one modest carb meal on off days.2. I'm not sure what you mean. Can you clarify?

hhhh20100GuestI mean after finishing cns i don't want to gain bf again and how to maintain this?

Brandon D ChristParticipantI mean after finishing cns i don't want to gain bf again and how to maintain this?
Just do CBL and you can have one carb meal at night before bed on off days. 1 g/lb of lean bodyweight of carbs would be a good place to start for the off day carb meal.
