Can i do carb nite while lifting i am lifting 6 days per week or can i carb nite 2-3 times per week? And thx for help. 🙂
male/female, bodyfat percentage ? your ability to recover won't be as great so it's really easy to over do it. also i believe there is some experimental cns protocol on the main page
Even with the experimental protocol which calls for 30g of carbs after early morning training, Kiefer warns that over doing it can have negative effects on your muscle.Also you want to do 2 or 3 carbNites a week? I dont think that be a good idea. Maybe you should just try CBL SA which would be like 2 or 3 CN's a week, but the volume of carbs, fats, etc, would be smaller.
If your doing the experimental protocol, your having 1 - 2 bananas post training. Isn't that going over the 30g a day mark? Plus protein shakes have carbs as well. I'm interested in trying this out but I need more info.
