    So Ive been on for a couple days now, but I have been so busy looking at other stuff that I haven't gotten to introduce myself, Rude, I know.Firstly, I gave CBL a try a few months ago after, but abused it, and truely didn't understand what I was doing. At the time I was being foolish, and honeslty just looking for an excuse to eat alot of tasty foods. I paid the price, and did a nice fatty mac fatty "bulk", or as i seee it now, just "overeat".Since then Ive been trying to cut weight, but it has not gone nearly as good as it has previous. So now, Im going to give CBL a true, legitimate try, and see what happens.Im currently on my sixth day of prep and cant wait to start really slamming the weights!!!!!

    mwachtel I totally feel your fat gain pain, did the same thing myself. But the second time I kept a close eye on my bf as the scale became totally useless. Pics help a lot too. Long story short kept same bf but gained 5-8lbs. What I did was go crazy my first backload, then dialed it back.

    how much over your recommended CHO did you go?

    I literally ate anything i was eating my recommended was 650. But i think atleast 400-500 but i was 215lbs 20%bf

    Hmmm well i think Im going to do 450 or so, after heavy and high volume back and bicep!!!
