How it going folks…. First off sorry if this has been asked many times before, I'v searched the forums and couldn't find a detailed answer for my question. And im pretty shit at wording stuff so bare with me 😉Anyway..I'v been doing CBL for over 2months now with great progress, have only dropped 8lbs but my body has been getting leaner each week. My back loads have been very moderate with only 150/200g of carb 4xweek and the other 3 rest days being ULC. i'm going start running a week or two of CNS along side my CBL at the end of every month. So my question is...Because iv been back-loading quite small, doing ULC and HIIT every rest day and train heavy 4xweek for some time now...would a 6 day prep with the refeed on the 7th be ok instead of the full 10 day for my CNS weeks?Thanks in advance! 🙂
