I just wanted to say Hello really quick.Over the last couple years I have managed to drop over 100lbs (and gained back about 20). I have decided that I want to run the Tri-State Tough Mudder in October and in looking for a training/fat loss program I stumbled across CarbNite while listening to a Paleo Solution Podcast and I've decided to incorporate into my training, at least in the beginning. I was looking for a program that would allow me to increase my strength while burning fat. This seems like the perfect solution. I have the book, but am yet to read it. I have been lurking here on the DH forums for a while I believe I have the general tenants of the program down. I look forward to posting my results here and sharing my journey with all of you.Peace
