Hi Everyone,I just wanted to introduce myself to the board.I'm new to CBL but have been working out for 10+ years but currently coming of a lay off due tendonitis to and looking to regain the 18lbs I lost through no training.My current stats are 190lbs at around 16%bf.I will be commencing my prep phase for Density Bulking from Monday and will post details of my diet when its complete and it will be really helpful and appreciated if I can get some feedback and thoughtsThanks,Tok
