Maca1980KeymasterNew to the site, tho I have been reading.Started cbl, had first carb up on saturday. took a photo for the results 🙂So far I am loving it, the low carb days are ok as long as I can stay creative with my cooking for work lunches. My girl is on it with me. Tho being polish her genetics kick ass hahaha.Im irish myself, so tall and hard gainer naturally. Im sitting up around 196 at 5'11.My carb ups so far have been pitta with hummus and burger and fries (saturday night) some beers to.Monday after training was pizza and dougnutsTuesday night was white rice with curry and dougnutsTonight is spice italian sausage mince with potato hash brown chopped up things, and alfalfa sauce and veggiessome dougnutsLeaning out already. After every workout is whey with creatine and dextrose.I drink some whey with coconut oil every morning with my coffee. I put oil in most coffee now.I eat plenty of meat eggs cheese some veg, tuna.Hoping to make a good dent by xmas, where I assume things will go off track, and then all of 2013 working my ass off.Been training for years. typical body builder nonsense, but worked on lean gains a bit this year and love the no eating in the morning.Well, I will be reading and hope to have some good chats here

Ya Im flying it. So is gf. Workouts are brilliant. Energy is brilliant. Everything is going so well. Will have 4 days training straight this week, so will see how that goes. Keeping it ULC all day till after work out and have had no problem yet.

YA, huge change for me compared to Ireland. Never get that cold there. ever. Or snow hahaha.Finding it a bit hard to get up and go to the gym in it, even tho the gym is 5 minutes away hahah. You know, when you get in from work and wanna just relax and then gotta go out in the cold again 🙂

haha yeah man thats why I go straight from school or work lol going home first is just asking for trouble!!
