Hey. Got the book a little while ago. Gave it a read through. And going back over it again to make sure I did not miss anything. I have tried a kerosene diet before noddles off of Dave palumbo's. Did it for a year lost 60 with one cheat a week. Only thing was never seemed to get stronger or bigger muscular wise. Looked sick actually and was flat. And still did not reach where I wanted to be. Bit it has been four yrs since. Have tried other things but never seemed to get what I wanted. Tried the cabs in the morning thing. Tried the carb onlynaround workout thing. Always ended upnback where I start. Granted there is some body comp changes but still fat kid status lol . Right around 270 at 6'4″ biggest prblm area is the stomach. Even when I lost the 60lbs still never had a flat stomachDiddling start mynprep phase once already. Lost 8lbs. Was doingngood but then went to a casino amdnhit the buffet lol. Plus I was doing dirty Carbs once I made it through. Want to focus more on higher gi but clean this time. Maybe once a week get Dow. And dirty and have a good time.
