I’m Ronnie, a Firefighter/paramedic in the San Antonio, TX area and am a long time fitness fanatic. Although if you were to look at me I’m not a lean individual. My inner fat kid has gotten the best of me many times and I found some great success with Carb-Nite but I’ve had frustrating progress with this go around. My background is in gymnastics, cheerleading, Cooper institute CFT, and BSEd in health/fitness. I enjoy crossfit, Olympic and functional training. Would love any insight from those who have fallen off of the proverbial wagon and struggled with any of Keifer’s nutritional programs the second time around and what you did to get it/you working in the right direction again.
