I have been on the Carb Nite menu/diet plan for several weeks. I do Crossfit at the Crossfit Zoo. I love this 'diet' plan, as I feel better and have alot less highs and lows with carbs and sugar. I haven't lost any weight on the scale, but I definitely feel better. I am hoping to lean out and just loose inches of fat as I have lots of toned lean muscle underneath. I turned 41 this year and started menopause as well, so regular clean eating and exercise quit working. I look forward to par-oozing this forum for support and ideas. Hit me up!!!!! :-*
