Hey guys, I know there isn't a set grams of protein or fat to follow but I'm just wondering could anybody help me work out how much protein and fat is enough and how much is too much!? I'm 21 now 65kg (was 48kg) and am aiming to lose body fat, does anybody know how to work out how much I should be eating for this? Also on carb night how much carbs would be enough? Thanks for any help 🙂
Are you male or female?General guidelines for fat and protein are 1g fat/kg of body weight and 2g protein/kg of body weight. As far as carbs, on carb night it depends on training, goal, how you feel, how lean you are, your sex, and the amount of trace carbs you eat during the week.
That's a good place to start. Run it for a few weeks and see how it goes. For your first carb night, don't limit yourself. Just have what you want, record your results and adjust from there.
