Hi there! I'm a woman 33 yrs old, 2 kids and happily married!Just started doing CNS exactly 12 days ago so I already had my first CN! My weigh before CNS was 138lbs and by the 10thday went down to 133.6 which is I guess is all water, after carb nite 137.6  >:( I know I shouldn't weigh myself but I did it!!) Today second day after carb nite 136.6.. So how long would it take me to go down again and if I go down would it be less than 133 lbs? I know the scale sometimes is not my best friend here but just asking to see if it's ok to not have gone back to my previous weight. What do you guys think about having an omelette at ihop? I had this breakfast today so I went with a bacon temptation omelette and ask to not cook it with the pancake batter, but still you never know how the heck they will cook it lol!!My carb nite consisted of: sushi, corn flakes cereal, pizza, tres leches bakery, 2 chocolate clusters and ice creamWorkout 6x week, resistance 3x day and les mills combat the rest of the days

give it about 3-5 days. it varies with everyone! CN sounded successful. and an omelette is probably the safest choice when out to breakfast. that and BACON so good choice

Ok thanks! I will give it time 🙂 but what about going down again to previous weight and then going up again on carb nite (saturday) I mean what's the point? I'm still learning sorry if it's a dumb question 🙁

The idea is that you'll gain a bit of water weight (but not fat) when you have your CN, but you'll pretty steadily be burning fat.  Since you're exercising you might even gain muscle…so the scale might even show a weight increase.  HOWEVER, you're not here to lose weight, but lose FAT.  🙂 so use measuring tape, pictures, tight-fitting clothing etc. to gauge your progress over time rather than the scale.

+1don't step on the scale. I know it is easier said than done but gauge your results with the mirror, your clothes, energy level, and how you feel overall. honestly, ditch the scale. it will only mess with your head

I can honestly say I regret ever having stepped on a scale. They tell you nothing about how you look or feel.

X2Using the scale is a learned behavior and certainly one hard to break.  I still use it, now it is more as a means for me to see how much carb weight I am holding as it help me gauge how quickly I am burning off stored glycogen.  For me it seems that I take it off within 3-4 days, but i've lost a considerable amount of bodyfat along the way and that is the end goal, while retaining or building muscle tissue..

It's so true!! Today I woke up feeling great and leaner, even though my scale won't show it! I will have to buy some decent calipers 🙂
