Hi I’m new here to the whole.
I have been very low carb for quite a while and was struggling to make any gains with it, i started to feel more and more miserable on a lchf/keto diet, couldn’t sleep well, was lacking energy etc. I was pretty deprived because i still have a little of the love handles which i would like to loose and I want to get f**** strong.
I just discovered CBL 1.0 and I’m now trying it! My problem is most of the times I’m just able to train in the morning, so I would be very very happy if one cuold give me some advises, tipps and tricks.
I’m struggling a little with the post workout shake in the morning. Everytime I take it, I start feeling lethargic and down in the early afternoon, I’ve no reason why. Any suggestions? should I maybe skip the carbs in the shake or not taking the whole at once and spare it throught the rest of the morning?

any help is very welcome! Thanks a lot folks.

Eat your carbs at night, regardless of morning or evening training. Since you do lift in the mornings, have the shake sans carbs (get an insulin spike with whey and Leucine), but in this manor. Wait up to an hour to take the shake PWO, wait another hour only consuming one of the following (or together) coffee/MCT oil/Coconut oil, after that second hour get some ULC food in you, and when the evening rolls around starting backloading your carbs.
