I have posted before on this but it was more of a rant. So i will be very direct in my question. I have taken to brewing Rooibos tea as I can't do Coffe due to caffeine sensitivity. So for me It is a bullet proof tea in the morning. I also brew large batches for Iced Tea. A few of the teas I have stumbled upon have either Natural flavors and have a clearly sweet smell to them. Or the one I really prefer puts small pieces of dried fruit in the bags. I am curious how other dieters would account for the sugar in the dried fruit? And I would like to know if they can hide sugar under “natural flavors”?? I could cut open a few tea bags and weight the dried fruit in there but they are very small pieces and just because the sugar that the pieces, probably less than one 1grm in size, can be measured that dose not mean that is what I am extracting. So i am kinda at a loss on how to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.
