During the ULC part of the week I am almost chronically hungry, however my fat is already about .75 to 1 gram of protein and I am operating at a bit of a calorie defict, which after listening to Keifer's podcast it seems that this does happen which is one of the reasons why there are no restrictions on the actual CN.  Would it make sense that instead of adding a CBL during mid week I added a higher fat day or just evening?  For satiety purposes?  Any thoughts on this?  Thanks

I would recommend you up your carbs on CN to ensure your hunger hormones are reset properly

Im not sure in terms of grams but I usually do my  PWO shake with 10 jujubes and big bowl of rice krispies with skim milk and a tbsp of dextrose and about 1 cup of flavored no fat greek yogurt.  I then wait a bit and have some cake with frosting, donuts, pizza perhaps a pastry and I finish off the night with ice cream with caramel sauce…I usualy throw a few chocolates in there as well.  What does this look like to you?  More?  Im so full by the time i go to bed!!! 🙂

Actually I think eating more ULC food is the way to go, but I train a lot.I'd say give it a try, just don't go too crazy. I definitely feel a lot less hungry for a while after a higher cal keto night. You shouldn't be hungry all the time on ULC, cept maybe toward the end of the week due to low serotonin.

x2 lots of spinach, brocoli, and foods like beef, pork and chicken. Bacon/eggs aren't as filling to me.
