Tried high rep squats for the first time. High rep for me is over 15. After 5 sets of reps from 25 to 10ish I was dying. It felt like a strength/cardio workout. I did my other leg exercises and got out of the gym before I passed out. The night before I black loaded with high GI stuff including white rice and some cereal. But this workout killed me. After my PWO shake today,I had some meat and eventually some junk I feel much better. Is it more a product of me doing high rep squats for the first time or I need to increase my back load? My energy is somewhat lagging for workouts. I have lunch around noon, no carbs and besides the shakes I just train around 4-5. My results are good so far, I feel good and focused.
