    Hello! 🙂 Today was my day 3 of the reorientation! So far so good, I think. I have my grandma's cobbler recipe ready to go. haha. 😀So, a little about me.. I'm a mother of 2 little girls, 8 and 2 years old. I love being a mom! I am also going to school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a holistic health coach. I feel a little silly, sometimes, browsing these forums, eating this way when I've been taught about a "whole foods" diet rich in carbs! But, I am really excited to see how this works. I'm 5'5", 136.5lbs (I have gained SIXTEEN pounds since my husband came home from Iraq in june.. UGH). I try to lift, I am great on the weeks my husband is home, we lift together (every other week), I need to get over my fear and go to the gym myself. Working on that.Hmmm..
