I thought going for the weight program you should have full glycogen levels!Doesnt that contradict with HIIT?

If your goals are only muscle gain. Then yes, avoid hit and stick to back-loading.

In the Carb Loading book it says at the appendix in order to maintain a 200-210 pounds weight youneed to have around 40 gr of fat daily! How is this feasible when you get by 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil alone 14g of fat?

40g is minimum. Is this a test from Kiefer?…..  😛

Doesn't Kiefer's “hulk factor” article kind of contradict the belief that you need to have carbs (full glycogen stores), before a weight training session for it to be beneficial? As long as you re-feed afterwards I don't see how having an early morning HIIT session should effect your progress. Unless of course it hinders your actual weight workout.
