    What would be an accurate way to measure something like that, but not cost me money?

    Cheapest way would be calipers and a tape measure

    Ok, thank you very much.Another question, I am itching to do a workout tomorrow, an Insanity workout, but my carbnite is on Saturday and probably already glycogen depleted. I am looking rather flat. Probably not the best idea to do a cardio workout huh?

    That happens with the absence of carbs. You can do Insanity tomorrow if you want. Just be sure to eat (fat/protein) accordingly.

    Should I eat a meal before the workout since it wont happen until afternoon time? How long should I wait before working out if I eat

    Good rule of thumb is a good 5-6 hours at least. To get that semi-fasted state. Or don't eat as heavily till afterwards.

    Oh yeah I'm sure you can eat a couple more eggs and/or bacon I'd you wanted.

    Ok question,If the meal should be light before doing cardio in the afternoon, how light should the meal be calorie wise? As, I dont want to eat a large meal and then do cardio 30 minutes later..

    Ah calorie wise?...I guess about 3-4 eggs worth with butter if that's the case. I mean if it's 30 minutes later...why not eat earlier or wait? That's the confusing part with timing and making it work for you

    Big Tex,That is an excellence point. I will just eat earlier so that I can digest the food for a bit before doing the cardio. Makes perfect sense to me!

    I am never hungry on this diet at all, plus right now I am not currently exercising besides walking. How will I know if I am eating too many calories or not enough?
