jrussoMemberSo, I have a question. What if I were to do my cardio a few days post carb nite? Would it be useful or useless? My carb nite is Saturday. I would try for cardio on Tuesday or Wednesday?

You can If you want to. Just with CNS doing HIIT 1-2 days after your Carb Nite is just used to deplete the glycogen stores/sugars from your body.

businessGuestmore then likely muscle! if you smell urine or ammonia when u sweat also if you taste metal it means your catobolising your muscle for sure! if you want to do hitt id take 5-15 grams bcaa before and after and have 5 with you while doing it incase you smell that id drink them immediatly to stop it.

Richard SchmittModeratorSure. I didn't mean to sound rude or anything. Anabolic Cardio (ANAC): You would do this type of HIIT on days you lift. With an hour rest prior. 30 seconds with high resistance 100% intensity followed by 4 minutes of easy resistance. 4-6 bouts. 3x a week, 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off. The training should be a high-volume based routine. You take 5g of Leucine prior to doing HIIT. This is for getting the contest/stage body.

On a Carb Nite, just enjoy yourself. It's carbs once a week. However, if you want to have the no-low fat dinner meal and wait to have the crabs you can. It's won't hurt. but have fun!

Do you have references for this? I've seen many different explanations for getting a strong smell of acetone or ammonia when you breath but none have any reference to back this up.If I have .5-1T of coconut or MCT oil in the absence of carbs, I am guaranteed to start smelling acetone. No matter how much or little protein I pair it with.Happens every time I have the CBL AM Accelerator and is almost constant on non-backloading days, especially if I follow the detox diet for that day.-- Sean
